Qualificações

• Board certification and DEA as required by the department.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical history and physical assessment with appropriate differential diagnoses.
• Develops and implements treatment plans including evidence-based medications.
• Educates clients and families regarding conditions, treatment, and follow-up.
• Leads and participates in education, training, and outreach activities.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation and supports quality improvement.
