RosmanSearch, Inc. is assisting a leading nonprofit health system in Wisconsin’s Fox Cities to recruit a full-time urologist. The role offers immediate patient volume, a broad mix of general urology, and access to robotic and laser technologies within a collaborative team.

The position includes a competitive base salary with wRVU incentives, a sign-on bonus, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits, all within an employed, stable nonprofit system with Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Direct clinical duties in a general urology practice.
• Engagement with a strong regional referral network.
• Ability to participate in robotic and laser procedures.

Responsibilities

• Join an established urologist and 2 APPs, with inpatient and outpatient duties.
• Broad general urology practice with a mix of cases and procedures.
• Call schedule is no more than 1:4, about 5 days per month.
• Access to advanced surgical technology and a strong support staff.
