Job summary

RosmanSearch is seeking a full-time Urologist to join a well-regarded Central Illinois health system based in Bloomington. The role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care within a turn-key practice supported by established infrastructure and experienced colleagues.

You will work with a strong referral base, utilize robotic surgery capabilities, and enjoy a supportive environment with APP backup, loan repayment options, relocation assistance, and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient urology care (approximately 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient).
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team and utilize established infrastructure and support staff.
• Operate with the da Vinci robotic system and EPIC EMR within a turnkey practice.
• Receive mentorship and integrate into a stable health system with strong referral base.
