Job summary

RosmanSearch, Inc. is partnering with a large Midwestern health system to recruit a General Urologist for a well-established Chicago metropolitan area practice.

This role offers immediate patient volume, access to robotic surgery, and a broad general urology scope within a stable, well-resourced organization. The incoming physician will join an experienced provider team and a dedicated urology APP, with a full benefits package, malpractice coverage, CME days, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• General Urology practice with broad scope including BPH, stones, men's health, cancers and endourology.
• Robotic/Laparoscopic experience preferred but not required.
• Collaborative practice with experienced teammates and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide general urology services with opportunity to subspecialize.
• Share on-call duties 1:4 with local group support.
• Maintain high-volume clinic and operating room participation with mentor for new grads.
