Job summary

RosmanSearch is assisting a not-for-profit health system in MT to recruit a general urologist into an established clinic with solid patient volume. The role focuses on a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient duties, leveraging a robotics suite and an EPIC EMR environment.

The position offers a generous compensation package with a base salary, production incentive, quality bonus, relocation assistance, and potential student loan repayment, plus comprehensive benefits and CME support.

Qualifications

• General urology position with robotics access; robotics experience preferred but not required.
• Immediate patient volume as a replacement role.
• Work with a surgical team in a robotics suite and use EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Balance outpatient and inpatient responsibilities.
• Provide care with a skilled surgical team in a robotics suite.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and nurse triage to support call coverage.
• Maintain a 36-patient-facing hours/week clinic with 4 hours admin time.
