Job summary

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX seeks a BC/BE Urologist to join a busy, community-focused practice.

You will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with access to Da Vinci Xi, DV5, and Epic EMR, plus a strong referral network.

We offer a competitive base salary with incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance and 30 days off including sick leave, PTO and CME.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active Texas license or eligibility to obtain before employment.
• Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship.
• American Board Certification and active BLS.

Responsibilities

• Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with strong clinical support.
• State-of-the-art urology equipment, including a full cystoscopy suite and in-office urodynamics.
• Dedicated surgical and diagnostic staff.
• Manageable 1:3 call at 2 hospitals.
• Da Vinci Xi and DV5 available.
• In-house referral system and large primary care referral base.
• Epic EMR.
