Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX is seeking a Urologist Physician to join our growing practice.

You will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in urology is required.
• Active Texas medical license or eligible to obtain before employment.
• Completion of ACGME residency and urology fellowship.
• American Board Certification and active BLS.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health.
• Balance inpatient and outpatient practice with strong clinical support.
• Manage 1:3 call at two hospitals.
• Utilize Da Vinci Xi and DV5 robotic systems.
• Work with Epic EMR.

As our Urologist Physician, you will join our growing practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our urology practice.
Every day you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. You will provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health.
To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Urologist Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care within a busy community-focused practice.

• Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with strong clinical support
• State-of-the-art urology equipment, including a full cystoscopy suite and in-office urodynamics

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME.
