Job summary

Universal Health Services—Laredo Physicians Group in Laredo, Texas is seeking a full-time Urologist to join our growing team. This role provides comprehensive urological care with access to a da Vinci Xi robot for minimally invasive robotic-assisted surgeries and Cerner EMR documentation.

The position offers base salary with wRVUs, sign-on/relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and generous PTO/CME support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for Texas licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urological care to a diverse border community patient population.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff across medical specialties.
• Manage day-to-day clinical and surgical responsibilities with a coordinated, high-quality care approach.
• Document care using the Cerner EMR system.
