Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX seeks a BC/BE Urologist to join a growing, community-focused practice.

You will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings, with Da Vinci Xi and a full cystoscopy suite.

We offer a competitive base salary with incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance, CME allowance and 30 days off, plus a 401k with match.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain before employment.
• Completion of ACGME residency and fellowship in urology.
• American Board Certification and active BLS.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Urologist Physician, you will join our growing practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Lufkin, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our urology practice.

Every day you will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and treatment for a full spectrum of urologic conditions in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. You will provide office-based and operative interventions to improve urinary, prostate, kidney and bladder health.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Urologist Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care within a busy community-focused practice.

• Balanced inpatient and outpatient practice with strong clinical support
• State-of-the-art urology equipment, including a full cystoscopy suite and in-office urodynamics
• Dedicated surgical and diagnostic staff
• Manageable 1:3 call at 2 hospitals
• Da Vinci Xi and DV5 available
• In-house referral system and large primary care referral base
• Epic EMR

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k with match.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Active or eligible license in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain prior to employment
• Completion of ACGME Residency and Fellowship
• American Board Certification and active BLS
