NOW Healthcare Recruitment invites applications for a Neurologist in the Cleveland, OH area. This traditional outpatient Neurology role supports a 60+ multispecialty group affiliated with a hospital, with J1 or H1B sponsorship available.

The schedule is M-F, 8am–5pm, joining two existing Neurologists. Responsibilities include cranial nerve assessment, neuroimaging review (MRI/CT), EEG/EMG/NCS interpretation, lumbar punctures, and comprehensive disease management.

Responsibilities

• Provide traditional outpatient neurology services in Cleveland, OH.
• Perform specialized exams to assess cranial nerve function, strength, sensation, reflexes, balance, coordination, and cognition.
• Order and interpret neurodiagnostic tests (MRI/CT, EEG/EMG/NCS).
• Interpret imaging to identify structural lesions, strokes or vascular changes.
• Manage diseases and apply therapeutics for neurological conditions.

Role Description

• Neurologist
• Cleveland, OH
• Traditional Outpatient Neurology position.
• M-F: 8am - 5pm schedule.
• Joining 2 other Neurologists on the team.
• perform specialized physical exams assessing cranial nerve function, motor strength, sensation, reflexes, balance, coordination, and cognitive status to pinpoint the anatomical origin of a neurological issue.
• Diagnostic Testing Order & Interpretation:
• Neuroimaging: Ordering and evaluating MRI and CT scans to detect structural lesions, tumors, strokes, or structural vascular changes.
• Electrophysiology: Performing or interpreting Electroencephalograms (EEG) for seizure activity, Electromyography (EMG), and Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) for peripheral nerve or muscle dysfunction.
• Lumbar Punctures: Performing spinal taps to analyze cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for signs of infection, neuroinflammation, or autoimmune markers.

Requirements

• Ohio State Medical License
• Must be Board Certified / Board Eligible Neurology
• Open to J1 or H1B visa as needed
