Mid-Atlantic Permanente is seeking a Urology specialist to join the Capitol Hill Medical Center in Washington, DC.

The role offers a starting annual salary of $485,000 with a $50,000 forgivable loan as a new hire incentive. The group includes over 1,800 physicians across MAPMG, with access to robotics, advanced imaging, and a collaborative, physician-led environment.

Board-certified/eligible in Urology; licensed in DC, MD, or VA; commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. We invite applications for a specialist in Urology at our Capitol Hill Medical Center.

Unlike other U.S. health systems, MAPMG is built and led by physicians who earn competitive salaries, without income based on providing individual services. Our medical group comprises board-certified physicians across 60+ specialties. MAPMG physicians use a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) to coordinate care. Our focus is on long-term health, prevention, diagnosing, and treating diseases effectively. MAPMG researchers and staff support innovative ideas, ensuring quality care, educational programming, and advancing best practices through research.

What You Can Expect:

Work in a supportive and collegial environment (regional group of over twenty urologists) alongside a fully integrated team that closely collaborates with in-house surgical and medical specialties. Enjoy access to state-of-the-art equipment in the office and operating room (including multiple robots), imaging technology and operating room and procedural suites. Our group has general urologists as well as several urologists with multiple areas of expertise and subspecialty training (oncology, robotics, men’s health, endourology, reconstruction) making us a strong and well-rounded urology department. Call is 1:10 at DC/MD core hospitals.

The starting annual salary for this position is $485,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
