The candidate will perform diverse urological procedures with robotics, utilize AI-assisted documentation, and collaborate within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment to optimize patient outcomes and regional coordination.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
• ACGME-accredited Urology Residency completed.
• Ability to obtain unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to use AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools.
• Proficiency in a paperless, high-informatics HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient urological care with diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Flexible clinic patient load per day; call rotation 1:4.
• Perform urological surgeries using advanced tech and robotic platforms as needed.
• Use EPIC EMR and AI tools for precise clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII setting.
• Develop and grow subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Communicate with referring physicians to coordinate care across the region.
• Adhere to hospital bylaws and regulatory safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
  • Clinic patients per day: flexible
  • Call Rotation: 1:4
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
• Design and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region
• Adhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
• Degree from an accredited MD or DO program
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools
• Proficiency in a paperless, high-informatics clinical environment (HIMSS Stage VII)
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures
