Job summary

Acloché LLC seeks a Urologist to join a well-established Northwest Indiana provider in Hobart, IN. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to tailor your practice around your goals in a tech-forward environment.

You will handle outpatient and inpatient urology care, perform robotic procedures, use EPIC and AI tools for documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII setting.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• MD or DO from an accredited program.
• ACGME-accredited urology residency completed or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries, including robotic procedures.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools for clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.

Job Type: Monday – Friday, flexible work schedule
Location: Hobart, IN

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
  • Clinic patients per day: flexible
  • Call Rotation: 1:4
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
• Design and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region
• Adhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
• Degree from an accredited MD or DO program
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools
• Proficiency in a paperless, high-informatics clinical environment (HIMSS Stage VII)
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures
