KLA Industries, Inc. in Hobart, IN is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a well-established Northwest Indiana health system.

This full-time role offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to design a practice around your goals within a tech-forward environment, including innovative AI tools and EPIC EMR. You will perform outpatient and inpatient urology care, robotic procedures, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and grow subspecialty

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Urology required.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing robotic platforms as needed.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools to maintain precise clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for seamless care coordination.

Job Type: Monday – Friday, flexible work schedule
Location: Hobart, IN

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
  • Clinic patients per day: flexible
  • Call Rotation: 1:4
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
• Design and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region
• Adhere to all hospital medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
• Degree from an accredited MD or DO program
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools
• Proficiency in a paperless, high-informatics clinical environment (HIMSS Stage VII)
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures
