Atrium Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join the Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery team in Charlotte, NC. This office-based role focuses on pelvic floor disorders, offering comprehensive care and procedural experience.

You'll diagnose, treat, and educate patients on urinary incontinence, prolapse, overactive bladder, and related conditions, with collaboration across MDs and APPs in a high-volume surgical setting.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current state licensure and board certification (PA-C or NP) and DEA licensure or eligibility.
• 1–2 years clinical experience preferred; women’s health, urology, gynecology or surgical experience strongly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations focusing on pelvic floor disorders.
• Diagnose and manage urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and related conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including conservative, medical and surgical options.
• Provide patient education on pelvic health, lifestyle changes and surgical options.
• Perform office-based procedures such as pessary fitting, PTNS, bladder catheterization and perioperative support.
