Soliant is hiring a driven, results-oriented Recruiter to join our National Fulfillment Center team. This is a fully in-office, high-volume agency recruiting role focused on sourcing and placing educational professionals for school districts nationwide.

From day one you will manage active requisitions and candidate pipelines, source, screen, and engage candidates for immediate needs, and maintain submission activity to meet weekly goals.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of staffing agency recruiting experience.
• Comfort working with ATS and CRM systems.
• Hands-on training and continuous support.
