ComForCare Home Care – Central DuPage in Glendale Heights, IL is seeking a reliable CNA, Caregiver, or HHA to provide personalized in-home support for a client. Evening hours are available, with a part-time schedule that fits your needs and opportunities for extra hours.

You will assist with ADLs, mobility, meals, and companionship while following the care plan to ensure safety and comfort in the home.

Qualifications

This opportunity is well suited for an experienced caregiver who prefers working evening hours and enjoys helping seniors maintain their routines, comfort, and independence at home.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position: CNA / Caregiver / HHA
• Shift: Evening
• Schedule: Evening hours
• Employment: Part-Time
• Setting: Private in-home care
• Experience: Caregiving or senior-care experience preferred

YOUR ROLE

You will be an important part of the client's daily routine, providing dependable assistance while creating a safe and comfortable environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing personal care and hygiene support
• Assisting with dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Supporting evening meals and meal preparation
• Providing companionship and social engagement
• Offering medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
• Helping with the client's evening routine
• Assisting with light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Supporting fall-prevention and home-safety practices
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Following the client's individualized care plan
• Communicating appropriately with the office and care team

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant
• Caregiver
• HHA – Home Health Aide
• Personal Care Assistant
• Private Duty Caregiver
• Home Care Aide

• Compassionate and patient

• Experienced with senior or in-home care preferred
• Able to assist with ADLs and mobility
