Job summary

Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K-12 students in the Vallejo area. The role involves evaluating and treating speech and language disorders within a collaborative school setting.

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students

• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school guidelines
