Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services in Modesto, California. You will deliver individualized therapy, perform evaluations, and collaborate with families and school teams to support students' communication and educational goals in-person at the school.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA‑accredited program and a California SLP license or eligibility; CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• California SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred where applicable.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Position Overview

A nationwide provider of comprehensive school-based therapy services is seeking a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in Modesto, California. The position involves delivering individualized speech and language therapy, supporting students' communication and educational goals, and collaborating with families and school teams to promote student success.

Location: Modesto, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: In-person, school-based
Compensation: $55–$90 per hour, based on experience
Sign-On Bonus: Available for qualified candidates
