Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document the loss and write the scope of work / estimate that meets all restoration standards.
• Create an accurate sketch and scope of work, with labor, material, and time requirements.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through forms and follow-up calls.

Skills

Sales experience in high-transaction environments

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proficiency with technology (Microsoft product suite, CRM)
