Job summary

Rainbow International of Norfolk is looking for an Emergency Priority Responder to provide rapid response to emergencies and sell restoration services to homeowners and property owners.

You will respond to fire and other disasters, coordinate with on-call teams, maintain customer data, and build relationships with local emergency services. Must have outside sales experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in emergency services or restoration sales.
• Experience with emergency fire response or chasing emergency fires.
• Outside sales route experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergency scenes and consult with homeowners to sell remediation services.
• Arrive quickly to fire emergencies to consult with property owners and facilitate recovery.
• Use fire/police calls to respond to local calls and determine services needed.
• Sell company services and products.
• Monitor and interpret lead sources such as emergency notification systems.
• Establish working relationships with local emergency response agencies and customers.
• Track and complete a weekly log of job activity.
• Maintain a database of customer information including date, time, contact details, and agency info.
• Coordinate on-call teams to provide emergency stabilization services.

Emergency Priority Responder

Rainbow International of Norfolk is a leading Mitigation and Restoration company in the Hampton Roads Area. We are looking for an Emergency Priority Responder to provide rapid response and sales of restoration services to homeowners and property owners affected by emergencies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in emergency services or construction/restoration sales
• Experience with emergency fire response or chasing emergency fires
• Outside sales route experience

Requirements

Must be able to provide quick response times to emergency calls within a specific geographic area/territory at any time of day or night – 24/7/365.
