Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Urgent Requirements Analyst to support JIATF 401 in the DART Directorate. You will validate warfighter needs, translate gaps into defined requirements, and shepherd them through joint forces coordination processes.

Role requires a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) with 8–10+ years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI potential. Location: Mark Center, Alexandria, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Active Secret clearance with ability for TS/SCI.
• Senior military staff experience (Joint Staff, OSD, COCOM, or equivalent).
• Experience developing operational requirements and capability documents.
• Ability to translate complex environments into actionable planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary OPR during Intake Phase, validating warfighter needs.
• Translate gaps into materiel or non-materiel requirements and draft documents.
• Coordinate with JRAC/JROC/JICRs for validation and approval.
• Prepare briefings, EXSUMs, and RFIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate to model impacts and collect objective performance metrics.
