Torch Technologies is seeking an Urgent Requirements Analyst to support the Joint Interagency Task Force 401 (JIATF 401) within the DART (Data, Analysis, Requirements, and Training) Directorate. JIATF 401 serves as the Department of Defense’s central hub for synchronizing and integrating Counter‑small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) efforts across the Joint Force, interagency partners, and allied forces.
In this critical role, you will be part of the Urgent Requirements team, managing the deliberate process to validate core operational capability needs. You will partner with effort owners to translate warfighter gaps into defined materiel and non‑materiel requirements and shepherd these through the Joint Force Coordination processes to rapidly field state‑of‑the‑art C‑sUAS capabilities.
