Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Milford, MA to provide in-home support that preserves client comfort, dignity, and independence. We offer full-time and part-time roles with short-hour and long-hour shifts, including first and second shifts, weekday and weekend opportunities, and flexible scheduling. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Help with mobility, transfers and positioning as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Communicate client needs and changes to the care team

Skills
