Mouri Tech LLC is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Payroll consultant to join our international team. This role supports PAN INDIA and international locations with remote work options, focusing on payroll configuration, schemas, PCRs, and compliance across countries.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in SAP HCM Payroll, strong hands-on country payroll experience, and proven ability to implement end-to-end payroll solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM Functional Payroll.
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in any one specific country payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll Configuration.
• Strong experience in Payroll Schemas & PCRs.
• Hands-on experience with Wage Types, Processing Classes & Cumulations.
• Experience in Legal Compliance & Tax Reporting.
• Experience in Payroll Enhancements, AMS Support & Troubleshooting.
• Experience in End-to-End Payroll Implementations.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP HCM payroll implementations across multiple countries.
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types to meet country-specific requirements.
• Ensure legal compliance and accurate tax reporting for payroll processes.
• Provide AMS support and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver payroll enhancements.
