Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Door-to-Door Outreach Rep in Nebraska. This role offers full- and part-time temporary positions with competitive pay and bonuses. You will engage with voters across the state, sharing message and collecting survey data while representing a grassroots campaign.

You can work on a statewide remote team, canvassing in your own community or with a local team. Prior canvassing helps but is not required; Spanish speakers encouraged and transportation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Go door to door in assigned neighborhoods to talk with voters on every porch, corner, driveway, and sidewalk across Nebraska.
• Share a compelling message about the campaign and collect complete voter survey responses.
• Record voter responses using a mobile canvassing app (training provided).
• Canvass with a local team, or independently in your own community on a flexible schedule.
• Lead a small team of canvassers in the field, checking in and debriefing after each shift.
• Help directors with training and administrative work.

Full-time & Part-time, Temporary

Locations:

Anywhere in Nebraska

We have main offices in Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island, plus dozens of local outposts across the state, so wherever you live, there's likely a team near you.

Schedule

• Hiring immediately. All positions run through Election Day (Nov. 3, 2026), with opportunities for advancement afterward


• Standard shifts run 11:45am–8pm, weekdays and weekends


• Full-time and part-time available


• Flexible schedules available: can't make a standard shift? Our statewide remote team lets you canvass in your own community, when you’re available


• Go door to door in your assigned neighborhoods to talk with voters in a friendly, respectful way


• Share a compelling message about the campaign and collect complete voter survey responses


• Record voter responses using a mobile canvassing app (training provided)


• Canvass with a local team, or independently in your own community on a flexible schedule


• Take part in ongoing training to sharpen your outreach skills


• Follow the campaign's safety protocols


• Walk several miles per shift in all kinds of weather

• Make sure every canvasser has the materials they need to succeed


• Help directors with training and administrative work
