Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Door-to-Door Outreach Rep in Nebraska to canvass neighborhoods, collect voter surveys, and engage communities. Roles include flexible schedules, full-time and part-time options, and remote statewide activity.

Team Leads earn higher hourly rates and supervise canvassing teams while ensuring training and materials are provided for success. This position emphasizes outreach, leadership, and data collection for campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership, public speaking and persuasion skills are essential.
• Experience in grassroots organizing and voter/community engagement is valued.
• Strong team management and data collection abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Go door to door to talk with voters in assigned neighborhoods.
• Share a compelling message about the campaign and collect complete voter survey responses.
• Record voter responses using a mobile canvassing app (training provided).
• Canvass with a local team, or independently in your own community on a flexible schedule.
• Take part in ongoing training to sharpen your outreach skills.
• Follow the campaign's safety protocols.
• Walk several miles per shift in all kinds of weather.
• Lead a small team of canvassers in the field, checking in throughout the day and debriefing at the end of each shift.
• Make sure every canvasser has the materials they need to succeed.
• Help directors with training and administrative work.

Door-to-Door Outreach Rep - Up to $26/hr + Bonuses

Locations:

Anywhere in Nebraska

We have main offices in Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island, plus dozens of local outposts across the state, so wherever you live, there's likely a team near you.

Schedule

• Hiring immediately. All positions run through Election Day (Nov. 3, 2026), with opportunities for advancement afterward
• Standard shifts run 11:45am-8pm, weekdays and weekends
• Full-time and part-time available
• Flexible schedules available: can't make a standard shift? Our statewide remote team lets you canvass in your own community, when you're available.

Canvasser Responsibilities ($25/hr):

• Go door to door in your assigned neighborhoods to talk with voters in a friendly, respectful way

Team Lead Responsibilities ($26/hr):
