Job summary

The Outreach Team is seeking a Door-to-Door Outreach Rep to engage Nebraskans across the state. Roles include canvassers and team leads, with opportunities for part-time, full-time, and temporary work. Starting pay for canvassers is $25/hr, team leads at $26/hr, and $20/hr training for the first 3 days.

Locations span Nebraska, from Omaha and Lincoln to Grand Island and beyond. Flexible schedules and statewide remote options are available, with overtime pay and bonuses for performance.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Spanish speakers and applicants with reliable transportation are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Go door to door in your assigned neighborhoods to talk with voters in a friendly, respectful way
• Share a compelling message about the campaign and collect complete voter survey responses
• Record voter responses using a mobile canvassing app (training provided)
• Canvass with a local team, or independently in your own community on a flexible schedule
• Take part in ongoing training to sharpen your outreach skills
• Follow the campaign's safety protocols
• Walk several miles per shift in all kinds of weather
• Lead a small team of canvassers in the field, checking in throughout the day and debriefing at the end of each shift
• Make sure every canvasser has the materials they need to succeed
• Help directors with training and administrative work

Locations: Anywhere in Nebraska

We have main offices in Omaha, Lincoln, and Grand Island, plus dozens of local outposts across the state, so wherever you live, there's likely a team near you.

Schedule

• Hiring immediately. All positions run through Election Day (Nov. 3, 2026), with opportunities for advancement afterward
• Standard shifts run 11:45am-8pm, weekdays and weekends
• Full-time and part-time available
• Flexible schedules available: can't make a standard shift? Our statewide remote team lets you canvass in your own community, when you're available.

Team Lead Responsibilities ($26/hr):
