Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. Our caregivers deliver one-on-one in-home support to help clients live safely and independently at home, with flexible schedules and paid training.

Qualifications

• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Access to a mobile phone
• Ability to travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Availability for weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients on outings, shopping trips, and errands
• Provide non‑medical medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation and safe client transfers
• Follow individualized care plans and client‑specific instructions
• Complete required documentation and charting accurately
