Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one home care in the Bay Area. This role supports clients to live safely and independently at home, with flexible scheduling and paid training.

Compassionate caregivers can join a team that offers on‑the‑job coaching, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement. Weekend shifts are required, with orientation provided. Training is paid and ongoing support is available.

Qualifications

• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Availability for weekend shifts
• Must have valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Access to a mobile phone

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Accompany clients on outings, shopping trips, and errands
• Provide non‑medical medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation and safe client transfers
• Follow individualized care plans and client‑specific instructions
• Complete required documentation and charting accurately

• Negative TB test or chest X‑ray
• Access to a mobile phone
• Ability to travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Availability for weekend shifts
