Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area is seeking caring individuals to provide in‑home, one‑on‑one support that helps clients live safely and independently. You’ll deliver compassionate care, including personal assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Home Care Aide registration preferred.

• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients on outings, shopping trips, and errands.
• Provide non‑medical medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and safe client transfers.
• Follow individualized care plans and client‑specific instructions.
• Complete required documentation and charting accurately.
