Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area seeks caring, dependable individuals to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes. We offer training, support, and recognition for meaningful work that improves clients’ safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (we can guide you through the process if not registered).
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray.
• Access to a mobile phone.
• Ability to travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients on outings, shopping, and errands.
• Medication reminders (non-medical).
• Ambulation assistance and safe client transfers.
• Follow individualized care plans.
• Complete required documentation and charting accurately.
