Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Meal preparation
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation and transportation of clients
• Provide companionship
• Follow care plans
• Documentation and charting

Qualifications

• HCA certification (registered with Home Care Aide) preferred; we can assist if you are not certified.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
• COVID-19 fully vaccinated.
• Access to a mobile phone.
• Ability to travel within the East Bay.
