Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication reminders
• Ambulation and transporting clients
• Provide companionship
• Follow care plans
• Documentation and charting

Qualifications:

• HCA certification (preferred, can assist with obtaining)
• Experience or previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray
• COVID-19 vaccinated
• Access to a mobile phone
• Ability to travel within the East Bay
