Job summary

CareSpot is hiring an X Ray Tech to prepare patients for radiologic procedures and perform X-rays, while assisting clinicians as needed. You will maintain shielding, document exams, and ensure proper equipment condition. You may also handle front and back office tasks and patient payments.

We value a high school diploma, RT or equivalent license, and BLS certification. Prior healthcare experience such as ED or urgent care is preferred, with competitive pay and benefits offered for full-time or

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Radiologic Technologist license or equivalent is preferred.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and performing x rays within scope of practice.
• Practicing patient shielding and ALARA standards.
• Keeping an accurate log of exams performed including documenting LMP and shielding.
• Verifying condition of network and x ray server.
• Cleaning cassettes, table and chest board after each procedure.
• Performing additional front and back office duties as required by daily operations.
