Job summary

CareSpot Urgent Care is seeking an X-Ray Tech to prepare patients for radiologic procedures and perform X-ray exams. The role includes assisting clinicians and handling front/back-office duties, with emphasis on patient safety and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, RT or BMO licensure, and BLS certification. Background screening and AHCA clearance are required, with a commitment to compassionate, efficient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensure: Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Basic Machine Operator (BMO) is required/preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Ability to pass Level II background screening and AHCA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform x-rays within scope of practice.
• Maintain ALARA standards and patient shielding.
• Log exams and document patient data (e.g., LMP and shielding).
• Verify condition of x-ray network/server.
• Clean cassettes, table and chest board after procedures.
