NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a Radiology Technician (RT) or Limited Scope Operator (LSO) to work in our fast-paced urgent care setting. This role involves radiology duties, patient vitals, and assisting providers with exams as part of a teamwork-driven environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and a radiology credential, plus CPR certification. Strong EMR/EHR skills and a patient-centered approach are essential for delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and a radiology diploma/certificate or equivalent experience.
• Certified Radiology Technician (RT) or Limited Scope Operator (LSO) license.
• Current CPR certification from a recognized provider.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology duties within the scope of practice per NextCare policies and state rules.
• Assist providers with exams, patient vitals, and procedures under supervision.
• Administer medications per policy and follow safety protocols.
• May collect urine samples for testing, including drug screens.
• May perform splinting and casting as needed.
• Ensure EMR/EHR is used proficiently and promptly report safety concerns.
