Livewell Animal Urgent Care of Bothell is seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to provide emergency and critical care under veterinarian supervision. You will triage, monitor patients, stabilize as needed, and guide teams in a high-pressure environment.

Ideal candidates hold an AVMA-accredited VT program credential, state licensure, and have 1 year of veterinary experience, with preferred urgent care exposure. Strong communication and calm leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program and a current state license in good standing.
• One year of experience in a veterinary setting is preferred; urgent care or emergency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in emergency procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and critical care nursing.
• Calm, confident approach to handling animals and fast-paced situations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be a Lifeline for Patients in Crisis: triage, stabilize, monitor, and provide critical care under supervision.
• Provide clarity in critical moments: explain treatments, review discharge instructions, reassure owners.
• Lead and elevate the team in a fast-paced setting to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
• Ensure seamless care: accurate record-keeping for handoffs, case management, and communications.
