Ideal candidates are AVMA-certified, licensed, with strong emergency, anesthesia, and critical care nursing skills, plus excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technician program and a current state license in good standing.
• Strong skills in emergency procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and critical care nursing.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be a lifeline for patients in crisis, triage and monitor under supervision.
• Explain treatments clearly and provide discharge instructions to pet owners.
• Lead and support teammates to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain clear records for handoffs and case management.
