Qualifications

• Require a DVM degree from an accredited school.
• Proven experience in emergency medicine or critical care.

Responsibilities

• Join a fast-paced emergency practice with no overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with a team of 4-5 experienced nurses per DVM.
• Assess and triage urgent cases with confidence.
• Perform examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Administer anesthesia with precision and aseptic techniques.
• Conduct surgeries and wound management including fractures and soft tissue.
• Manage critical care cases with monitoring and supportive therapies.
• Maintain high ethical standards in treatment.

Duties

• Join a fast-paced emergency veterinary practice with no overnight shifts

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Proven veterinary experience with a focus on emergency medicine or critical care settings
• Strong knowledge of veterinary internal medicine, surgery, anesthesiology, and animal physiology
• Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to pet owners’ concerns
• Experience in laboratory diagnostics and familiarity with emergency protocols is highly desirable
