Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is opening Priority Pet Urgent Care in Shepherdsville, KY. We seek DVMs at all stages to launch this state-of-the-art clinic with no overnights and flexible scheduling.

Doctors enjoy autonomy and support with a strong team culture. We offer a base salary of $125,000-$150,000 plus 22% monthly production, equity available, and comprehensive benefits including premiums, liability coverage, licensing fees, CE, VIN, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and an active state license.
• 5+ years of veterinary experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Ability to lead a team and promote a positive clinic culture aligned with Alliance Animal Health’s values.
• Strong communication and mentoring to support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead a veterinary team at a brand-new Priority Pet Urgent Care clinic.
• Provide high-quality medicine while aligning with clinic goals and autonomy.
• Support and implement business solutions to improve patient care.

We offer flexible scheduling withno overnight shifts!

Our brand-new building and state of the art equipment will provide the space and tools needed to deliver best in service medicine and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. Most importantly, we provide our doctor partners medical autonomy since they are the experts in medicine, while we provide the support and business solutions based on their goals.

We offer our Veterinarians:

• Base salary of $125,000-150,000plus 22% monthly production. No negative accrual.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
