Job summary

Priority Pet Urgent Care in Shepherdsville, KY, is opening a brand-new clinic in June 2027. We are seeking DVMs at all career stages to help launch, offering flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts and medical autonomy within a supportive team.

Base salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 plus 22% monthly production. Equity available, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, PTO, and a mentor network to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience.
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
• Compassionate leader with experience managing a team and promoting a positive clinic culture.
• Effective communicator and mentor for colleagues.

Job Description

We offer flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts! Our brand-new building and state of the art equipment will provide the space and tools needed to deliver best in service medicine and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. Most importantly, we provide our doctor partners medical autonomy since they are the experts in medicine, while we provide the support and business solutions based on their goals.

• Base salary of $125,000-150,000 plus 22% monthly production. No negative accrual.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience
