Priority Pet Urgent Care in Shepherdsville, KY is opening a brand-new clinic and seeking DVMs at all career stages to join our launch team. We offer flexible scheduling with no overnight shifts and provide a space designed for top-tier veterinary medicine, with autonomy supported by our operations framework.

Qualifications

• DVM degree from an accredited university with an active license.
• 5+ years veterinary experience.
• DEA license or USDA accreditation required or obtained on hire.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities for a positive clinic culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary medical care and case management.
• Mentor and lead clinicians and support staff in a fast-paced clinic.

Job Description

We offer flexible scheduling withno overnight shifts!

Our brand-new building and state of the art equipment will provide the space and tools needed to deliver best in service medicine and bridge the gap between primary and emergency care. Most importantly, we provide our doctor partners medical autonomy since they are the experts in medicine, while we provide the support and business solutions based on their goals.

We offer our Veterinarians:

• Base salary of $125,000-150,000plus 22% monthly production. No negative accrual.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license
• 5+ Years of Veterinary Experience
• Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire
• Compassionate leader with the experience and willingness to manage a team and promote a positive clinic culture as it aligns with Alliance Animal Health's core values
• Effective communicator with a drive to provide the highest quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians to do so as well.
