Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Urgent Care Tech in Naperville to support ICC and Express Care patients under licensed practitioner direction. This fast-paced role requires technical skills in venipuncture, IVs, vital signs, wound care, and documentation, with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates will have EMT-Paramedic certification, CPR, ACLS, and PALS, plus 2 years in acute care. The job offers full-time hours and on-site work in Naperville, IL.

Qualifications

• EMT-Paramedic certification required.
• CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications required.
• ITLS certifications are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in an acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver urgent care to ICC and Express Care patients in a fast-paced setting under RN/PA/physician supervision.
• Assist with venipuncture, IV insertion/removal, vital signs and other procedures.
• Triage patients and determine appropriate care level for ICC or transfer to higher acuity facility.
• Document care activities, rounds, and communication in EPIC; maintain inventory and cleanliness.
