Essentia Health Moose Lake Clinic is seeking a dedicated RN leader to join our Urgent Care team in Moose Lake, Minnesota. You will oversee daily nursing operations, staff development, and workflow improvements to ensure high-quality care.

You’ll care for patients across urgent and primary needs, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and build lasting relationships with individuals and families in the community. Day shift with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with the Minnesota State Board.
• BCLS certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Two years of nursing experience in ambulatory or community health with leadership ability.
• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily nursing operations in the assigned department and develop/implement workflows and processes.
• Lead nursing staff development, patient care, and patient advocacy.
• Support quality improvement efforts to achieve high-quality care and service.
• Collaborate with the leader to align policies, procedures, and operating budgets.
