City of Hope is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to deliver direct patient care in a high‑volume setting. You will triage, assess, and treat patients while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include 1 year in emergency or critical care, IL RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS with NIHSS and oncology certs as applicable. Shift is 3 12s, 7a–7p, with a strong emphasis on quick decision-making and patient safety.

Competenze

• 1 year emergency or critical care experience.
• Graduate of NLNAC or CCNE nursing program.
• State of Illinois Registered Nurse License.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications within required timelines.

Mansioni

• Provide direct, compassionate care in a fast-paced ER and triage patient needs.
• Assess, administer medications, monitor vitals per department protocols.
• Respond to emergencies and assist in life-saving procedures such as CPR.
• Read cardiac monitors and intervene in abnormal rhythms.
