Job summary

SSM Health Monroe Urgent Care is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced clinic in Monroe, Wisconsin. In this role you'll provide direct nursing care in alignment with policies and protocols, covering vacations and sick calls with flexible shifts and no on-call requirement.

The ideal candidate has a nursing degree and RN license; ED or Urgent Care experience is preferred though no experience is required. Education: Accredited nursing program and BLS/HCP certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.
• BLS HCP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses and coordinates discharge planning needs with healthcare team.
• May round with physician in an inpatient setting.
• Applies evidence-based practice to nursing care and uses ANA Code of Ethics.
