Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• No experience required, acute care exposure preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification per facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans and communicates patient status.
• Acts as primary coordinator for coordinated patient care across disciplines.
• Documents and follows physician and nursing orders.
• Assesses discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• May round with the physician in inpatient settings.
