Zusammenfassung

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinic team. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care, communicate changes in patient conditions to providers and nurse leadership, and participate in area cross-training including point-of-care testing and reception tasks.

The ideal candidate has an RN with BLS and is prepared to obtain ACLS and PALS within six months. Prior clinical experience and strong teamwork are essential for success in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• RN degree required with BLS certification; ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
• 6 months of clinical experience required; 2–5 years preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to calculate drug dosing and IV drip rates.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting under supervision.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and follow policy for reassessments.
• Educate patients and families on pain management and treatment plans.
• Interpret results of waived tests when needed and act promptly.
• Maintain safe medication administration following five rights and avoid errors.
