Formación

• Certificate of completion from college or vocational school.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
• 6 months to 1 year relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses the physical and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Implements and evaluates individual plan of care.
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per nursing techniques.
• Maintains patient comfort and safety and documents conditions.
• Provides patient and family education as prescribed.
